Being an Olympic athlete and once a very busy teenager, I know how much of a positive effect nutrition can have on active young athletes

I have experience in working with young athletes and am passionate about being able to provide individual consultations that help athletes develop an understanding of how to best fuel their young & growing bodies. Individual consultations include the following:

  • Prepared meal plan tailored to the individuals training schedule

  • Action plan for dietary changes & goals
