I have experience in working with young athletes and am passionate about being able to provide individual consultations that help athletes develop an understanding of how to best fuel their young & growing bodies. Individual consultations include the following:

For those individuals that have some particular queries, questions, or just want some guidance to ensure that they are getting the nutritional support they require - a Facetime or Skype session can be arranged.  

This allows me to talk directly with the individual and to provide them with the assistance that is required to empower them with the knowledge they are seeking. The aim is to provide support and education for individuals to achieve positive performance nutrition.
