1/2 bunch of kale

2 tsp rock salt

4 tbsp melted coconut oil


Rip the kale leaves off the stalk into about 3x3cm pieces. Put in a bowl

Pour the coconut oil on the kale leaves and rub in with your hands. Make sure that all of the kale has been covered in the oil

Place kale on a lined baking tray. Sprinkle with rock salt. Make sure the kale is well spread out

Bake for 10-12 min at 180c - watch closely! Take out when it starts to look crispy and is just about to turn brown. Take out too early and the kale will be soft and chewy, too late and it will be burnt to a crisp


Eat straight away or store in an airtight container. If left for too long they will lose their crispiness.
